I've been searching for a pair of these for quite some time now. But I haven't been able to find them in my tiny size 36 (UK/US size 3). They would be a great addition to my (summer) shoe collection. So the search continues!

When it comes to basics, I think COS is one of my favourite brands. Their pieces are basic and unique at the same time. When I was looking at their online shop I realized it was time to visit their store soon. Love these pieces, especially the matte ring and waterfall vest.

So here are the goodies that were inside those bags i've showed you earlier. I finally am the happy owner of the Urban Decay Naked Palette 2. So happy I got it, it is the perfect palette to create some really nice, natural looks. I also bought two new tops from ZARA that are a great basic addition to my (summer) wardrobe. Have a nice day!

DIY | PEPPERMINT FOOT SCRUB

Altough the sun is still playing hide and seek in the Netherlands, I tought I'd be nice to show you how to make this Peppermint Foot Scrub. Perfect for summer. I love to make my own beauty products especially when they don't need that much ingredients. This foot scrub is really easy to make: pour 1 cup of granulated sugar in a mixing bowl together with some coconut oil or olive oil. Remember that oilive oil will color your scrub a bit yellow. For a clear looking scrub you might want to use coconut oil. You can use as much oil as you want, it just depends on what kind of consistency you want your scrub to have. And last but not least, add a few drops of peppermint oil. Put it in a cute jar, store it in a dry place and pamper your feet. Enjoy!

I really like Mathilda's outfit. The different materials and her cozy fur vest make this outfit pretty wearable, especially because the weather is still doubting if it will be spring or is going to stay winter for a while. So layering is a must. I chose a different bag because I don't think the one she is wearing complements her outfit. This one from Céline... I don't have to explain why I picked this one. Do I? If you ever come across a Sabon store, please go in and check out their handcreams. Especially this Violet one! I love it's clean scent. Perfect for this time of year when my hands can feel like sandpaper.

Last night I went out to celebrate the birthday of one of my friends. We ate some delicious food at her place and then went out to party. This is what I was wearing. Love my new nail polish from Catrice, it's looks quite similar to Chanel's Péridot. My denim blouse kept me, beside my leather jacket, warm during our bike ride to the city.

Skincare | Top 4

After years of researching and trying out products for my skin, I ended up with these four beauties. I tried a dozen of brands; from Clinique and Shiseido to Clean & Clear and Nivea... Nothing seemed to work. I have quite difficult skin; I'm prone to eczema during wintertime - yes, it somtimes even gets on my face - but I also do have more oily spots on my forehead an chin, especially during summer. So these are my top 4 skincare products. Ever since I've discovered the facewash from Louis Widmer, I'm buying it over and over again. This stuff makes my skin feel fresh and if I wash my face once a day it helps me fight blemishes. Love it. By the way, I also use a nightcream (not pictured), it's the blue version of the cream you can see in the picture.

DIY | Teacup candles

A while ago I found out how to make these teacup candles at beautylab.nl. Me and some of my girlfriends decided to make some. After a lot of cutting, melting and almost burning ourselves we made these little cuties. I have one near by my bed and I think it complements the romantic style of my pillows and blanket very well.

Don't you just love the way those pictures decorate those rooms? I know I do. A couple of years ago I saw a wall like this at Sex And The City and was sold. But somehow the idea about creating a wall like this, dissapeared. Until I found these pictures on the net. Maybe I'll put this into action and create a picture-wall like this on the wand that's still empty in my bedroom. Do you have anything like this at your place, or would you like to have one?

Just shot some pictures outside right before it started to rain. I combined soft pastel colors with my all time favourite grey jeans from Mango. A very basic look which I, as you might know by now, really like. I am fond of like these white suede shoes, bought them a couple of years ago when I was traveling in Denmark. And I bought my blazer, altough it's from ZARA, in Prague. I like to buy clothes when I'm traveling, just like a little souvenir.

Still hoping I can leave my knitwear behind within a couple of weeks. I've had enough of the grey sky and cold weather, but thank god for all the lovely knitwear that's in my closet. I have been wearing these ones a lot lately and they did a pretty good job keeping me warm all day long.

I really like the floral print trend, it looks so fresh and stylish! Would love to own a blazer like this. I don't think I would pull it off wearing a whole suit with this print but I think these girls did a pretty good job without looking overdone. Tell me, would you wear this trend? Or do you think it's too much.
