I've got my eye on you.

I really like these shoes especially the ones with the little ankle strap and high heel. What do you think, should I go for the orange or black one. And of course, my beloved All Stars in a subtile grey color plus new booties from Invitio. They remind me a bit of the ones I have from Sacha. I love the way they look and especially their material; snake leather.

Perfect dip | Guacemole

I really love avocado's so I decided it was time to dedicate a post about this delicious guacemole dip. This is what you'll need:

• 1 or 2 avocado's - This depends how much guacemole you want to make. I like to use the ones that have a dark peel because their flavour is much stronger
• 3 or 4 small, well riped tomatoes
• 1 Spanish pepper - Use this one without the seeds if you want a little bit of spice or with the seeds for a strong kick of pepper
• 1 lime
• 1 onion
• Chili powder 
• Salt
• Pepper

Cut the pepper, tomatoes and onion in very small pieces. Peel the avocado's and add them to the mixture. Put a nice amount of lime juice over the avocado's to prevent them from turning brown. Add a chili powder, a pinch of salt and pepper and mix everything together. Be sure to mash the avocado's not too much; it's nice to have a bit of chucks in the guacemole. Serve with tortilla chips. Enjoy!!

Outfit | Curl around

Luckily I managed to shoot some pictures today. I'm not feeling very well (I have a nasty cold) but fortunately it doesn't show I am feeling sick. Also wanted to show you what my real hair looks like. As you might have noticed my hair is straight in all of the pictures I have showed you, but this one is with my actual hair which is curly. What do you think; am I a curly girl or does straight hair suit me better.

Snapshot | More food

Last night I went to one of my best friends to catch up. We enjoyed a homemade pizza with a rediculous amount of mozarella, a salad and afterwards a dessert which wasn't homemade (all you Dutchies might recognize this one from Mona haha!). Just wanted to share a quick photo with you. Tomorrow I will be busy studying but I hope I'll be able to shoot some outfitpictures too!

Snapshot | Sushi

Brought home some sushi last week and it was delicious! Not really the type of food you would normally eat when it's rainy and cold outside but I just couldn't ignore my sushi cravings any longer. I really like sushi and if i could, I would eat it at least once or twice a week.

A golden oldie if you ask me. Love this song and re-discovered it this week. Playing it non stop in between my study sessions.

Wishing I could wear..

I wish it was summer so I could wear this outfit. Love the white and baby blue especially on tanned skin. So hurry up summer, hurry up!

Truly yours box

There are a lot of boxes with beauty goodies on the market lately. I've heard about the glossybox a while ago but I never felt the urge to order one because the products didn't really appeal to me. But this week I found out about the truly yours box and when I saw the pictures of what was in there last month.. I just want to order one right now. Maybe I will. Still doubting, I'm afraid it will be filled with products I don't need or like. But it would be nice to get a little gift each month filled with little surprises. Hmm...

Less stress

You all might be familiar with this problem; you have to finish a paper within one day - yay for not starting on time - but you still have to get some groceries and a friend invited you over for some drinks that night. So much to do in so little time. If I had a magic wand, I would make sure a day had more than 24 hours.

A while ago, I read about this technique at Misslipgloss called the Pomodoro Technique which is great for getting stuff done within a short period of time. One Pomodoro equals 25 minutes of working and after those 25 minutes you have to take a short break of 5 minutes. When you've finished 4 sets of 25 minutes you can take a break as long as you need. If you want to learn more about this technique you can visit their website.

Unfortunately, this doesn't make a day last longer than 24 hours but I am sure you will find this technique helpfull for making those 24 hours more efficient.

Just a simple outfit with my new pants from H&M. So happy I got it in the right size, I didn't know which size to get, a 34 or 36. Eventually I decided to buy a 36 and it fits perfectly.

I really like the upcoming lace trend. Obviously too cold to wear right now - it's still freezing in the Netherlands - but I really enjoy these pictures and cannot wait to buy one my own. Still figuring out whether it will be a cute lace short or top but I am sure it will be a white one, as you might have guessed by these pictures.

Got to love | O.P.I

Just a little sneak peak into my O.P.I. collection. I really love their colors and formulas. I haven't worn nail polish for quite a while because my nails tend to break very easily. Don't know whether it is the cold or something else but it's quite annoying. So as soon as my nails are a bit stronger, you'll see me wearing one of these gorgeous colors.

New in | H&M

These are my latest finds from H&M. Bought them all on sale so my wallet was happy with this purchase. I got some denim shorts with a baggy boyfriend fit, a jumpsuit and a two toned fake leather pants. Cannot wait to wear them!

Just a few of my favourite pictures of living rooms. Each of the rooms above are, at least for me, inspiring. I am in love with rooms that are completely white but I also like a pop of color (in accessorices like pillows or books) or a contrasting texture (such as wood).

Contrast

Today I woke up in an even more white world. Despite the cold and traffic jams - not to mention the times I slipped and almost fell - I really like these snowy days. I decided to wear a contrasting color when shooting these pictures outside. Hope you like it!

Eyecandy

Because it's freezing outside, I decided to stay at home today. Perfect for some online shopping. These items are really nice and I would love to add them to my wardrobe.

Maybe you already know Wendy from wendyslookbook at youtube but I found out about her channel not too long ago. And because I really enjoy watching her videos I thought it would be nice to dedicate a blogpost about her. But I am warning you..
