IT'S BEEN A WHILE

Almost a year has passed by and a lot of things have changed. And altough it has been a long time since I've blogged, I never forgot the amount of energy and inspiration it brought into my life. I do not (and can't) promise to post as regularly as I used to in the first month when I started my blog but you'll see me post every now and then. When I feel inspired to do so :) Sometimes uni can be pretty limiting when you want to express your creativity and this is a perfect way for me to write down my inspiration and maybe, inspire you as well. So hello blogworld, I'm back.

ARM CANDY - Oh how much I love these bracelets. I just can't get enough. After creating the hex nut bracelet I just couldn't get these babies out of my mind. I've purchased some goodies online to create some more. Can you guess which one it will be?

ZARA LOOKBOOK JUNE - How fresh and clean are these looks from ZARA! I really think you should go and check out their lookbook this month. It's full of unique and inspirational pieces, great for summer. But mostly I like the timeless look of these outfits. Not only great this season but also for 2013 or even 2014 if you ask me. NAILPOLISH COLLECTION #PINKS&NUDES

NAILPOLISH COLLECTION - I tought it would be nice to show you my nailpolish collection. Just to inspire you with some colors or styles you can wear. Because my nailpolish collection is quite big (at least, too big to show you in one blogpost), I decided to categorize my polishes by color. Today I'm showing you colors I think every girl should have; pinks and nudes. A great way to give your nails a polished, sophisticated look.

From left to right:

1. Hema long lasting nail polish number 191. A bright, fuchsia color. Love to wear it when my hands are a bit tanned.

2. Dior vernis in 478. This is a pink.purple-ish color, quite a classic color.

3. O.P.I. nail polish in Cosmo not tonight honey! A pretty pink pearl.

4. KIKO nail polish in 211. A light, seethrough pink.

5. Essence nail polish in 04 Iced latte. Love these little nudes polishes. This one is a lightbrown with pink undertones. I love the fact that it has no shimmer.

6. Wild & More in number 15. I almost always wear this one on my toenails.

7. Essence color & go in 05 Sweet as candy. Looks a lot like the one from KIKO but is this one is a bit more sheer.

8.  O.P.I. nail polish in Dulche de leche. A pink with a quite brown undertone. The perfect nude, in my opinion.

9. H&M nail polish in Pink mist. A creamy light pink. Also great with tanned skin.

10. Essence nail polish in 03 Cookies and cream.

DAGMAR - So here is the item from Are you Swedish? I got in the mail yesterday. There was a giveaway on their facebook page and I was one of the 10 lucky people who won. I am so happy with this simple canvas bag from Dagmar. Great for going to the beach, park or college. Basically everything, What do you think?

GOODMORNING - my lovely readers! Today I'm starting my day with a nice breakfast, a magazine and of course my daily reads on Bloglovin'. Lateron I will be studying for an exam; statistics. I absolutely hate it and really have to push myself to get it done. But what better way to start all fresh than a monday?

OUTFIT | BOYFRIEND BLAZER - Besides all of the clouds and cold wind, I decided it was time to wear my boyfriend blazer. The material of this blazer is very delicate and flowy. Lovely to wear but (obviously) way to cold to wear without a coat. Still can't believe the weather is this cold in may. I don't think my big scarfs and knits will dissapear any time soon. I also wore my handmade hex nut bracelet. I got quite a few compliments on it and I think it is a real eye catcher. Enjoy your weekend!

H&M FAVOURITES

H&M FAVOURITES - H&M is surprising me lately. Besides their basic tees, tanktops, shorts and jeans they added quite some inspiring pieces to their collection. These are some of my favourite picks. Unfortunately most of these items are out of stock right now, so maybe I'll have to get up extra early because they always restock around 6 AM. Tell me, what are your favourites?

QUEENSDAY

Just some quick - excuse the bad quality - shots of yesterday when we celebrated queensday. I loved the orange streets, parties, crazy people and most of all the weather! For all the Dutchies; hope you had an amazing day as well!

INSPIRATION

INSPRIATION - Love the simplicity of these styles. I always like pieces that are great on their own and do not need to be upgraded by a lot of jewelry or other clothes. These pictures represent the way I think fashion should be. Simple, clean and beautiful. Hope you enjoy scrolling as much as I did!

MR RIGHT

Since my eyelashes are very (and I mean VERY) stubborn, I always have to use an eyelash curler. I've tried a dozen, but never really found the perfect one for me. I'm still figuring out weather it's worth buying an Shu Uemura or Shiseido one or if I'll just have to live with the fact that my eyelashes will never be curled the entire day. Only problem is they don't sell Shu Uemura in The Netherlands (at least, I haven't found a reliable seller). Of course there is always Ebay, but I am scared I will pay a lot of money to get a cheap knock off.

DIY MAIL BASKET

How cool is this idea; to create your own mail basket. A great way to collect all of your mail in a fashionable way. I think it would work great with other textured bands as well. Altough this one with leather straps looks a bit more like the real deal. What do you think?

IN LOVE - with these shoes. I have been doubting between this pair, a pair from Mango or Nelly.com. Last week I decided to go with these ones from Zara. And gosh, they are gorgeous! You will surely see them in an outfitpost very soon. Only thing is, I still have to convince the sun it's time to play outside...

You can find (almost) every scent or flavour you want plus some of them are organic. Love these little eye catchers. Still figuring out which one will end up in my make up collection.
